We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nen by Amber purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return & Refund Policy

You may return an item within 2 working days of receiving it for a 100% refund, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• It must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging

Returns must be made in person at our warehouse located in Bahria Town, Karachi.

To initiate a return, please email us at nenbyamber@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours

of delivery by emailing us at Nenbyamber@gmail.com, along with clear images of the issue.

We’ll gladly arrange an exchange for the same item.

Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.

Important Notes

• Minor variations in colour, material, or detailing are natural in handcrafted pieces and not considered defects.
• We take great care in packaging, but if something is damaged in transit, please let us know immediately with a photo.
